Design and delivery of the FIA’s National Sporting Authority (ASN) Development Programme.

FIA started the process of designing the programme to help and support ASNs to improve their business and development activities. As part of the process, FIA needed further support in creating operational plans.

We created a comprehensive Development Brochure and designed the Development Department’s project management approach, including monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

We also outlined improvement areas of current business support provided to ASNs and designed a programme to maximise impact of funding through phasing, timing of activities, implications, etc.

I must thank all those who have given their time and commitment to shaping the future success of our sport. Now is the time to start the journey that will showcase our unique, spectacular, dramatic and adventurous sport.

Our approach

We conducted a fact-based approach by analysing ASN survey data, reviewing previous plans and organisation, and comparing with best practices in the world of sport and outside.

We also interviewed FIA leaders and conducted workshops with the main stakeholders as part of the process. We designed and delivered the annual FIA conference that focused on ASN development
