Partnership with Sport England, the government body for the past 8 years.

We have partnered with Sport England, the organisation responsible for sports participation in England, on multiple projects as one of their official framework partners.

We designed the SE Insight department, created a robust market mapping tool to understand a total sports market and draw actionable insights, and developed and delivered a high-quality support package for Federation Boards and Executive teams.

We also transformed many governing bodies with the support and funding of Sport England by developing their strategies, designing organisations and operating models, improving membership, creating financial and business plans, helping them secure funding, etc.
