We designed an evaluation process with clear purpose and audience in mind, and conducted extensive benchmarking research across major international sporting events.

We also held workshops with potential partners to evaluate the benefit and requirement for a successful partnership, and ensured full alignment and support of senior leaders on purpose and scope of work.
