Support in raising private funding for the UNICEF UK programme.

UNICEF UK was facing challenges in raising private funding with fundamental weakness being the inability to articulate the current offering and distinctiveness of the programme.

We developed a coherent and integrated Sports Strategy for all the UK UNICEF disparate assets and products and provided support in transforming the UK UNICEF organisation.

As part of the project we also organised a series of Coalition Groups, made up from Senior Leaders from the world of business with the aim to improve the delivery of UNICEF goals and raise additional funding.

Our approach

We conducted a highly consultative process by engaging senior level executives through interviews and workshops.

We also worked in close collaboration with the UNICEF team to transfer capability, enhance and embed solutions.
