Wissam Khalaf

Wissam has extensive experience working with governments, sports ministries and sports governing bodies on the development of sector strategies and transformation plans. Prior to Portas, he spent 8 years with Strategy& (formerly Booz and Company) where he served multiple clients in the public and private sector, delivering growth strategies, market entry strategies, commercial turnaround strategies and operating model design. 

Wissam holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from Telecom ParisTech and a B.E. from the American University of Beirut.
