Project Manager

Working side by side with the Portas Partners and our clients, main responsibilities include:

  • Leading team problem-solving - e.g., identifying issues, developing hypotheses, defining the approach, developing recommendations 
  • Being accountable for the delivery of high quality documents, presentations and other client materials
  • Managing client projects with a high degree of self-sufficiency
  • Developing strong client relationships and acting as main client contact on the ground
  • Coaching and managing Portas team members on a day to day basis
  • Supporting business development efforts and leading internal firm building activities
